Only firms / companies holding a valid Protector of Emigrants (POE) License are allowed to carry out recruitment in India. Our general recruitment process at " Total Health Solutions" is as follows
» Permission from the protector of Emigrants
After receiving the Demand Letter with Power of Attorney, we seek permission form the protector of Emigrants, Bureou of Emigration and Overseas Employment India, For recruitment.
» Advertising
We have our own huge database of candidates and we also depending on the demand and nature of skills required for the job, we advertise in widely circulated daily newspapers to widen our choice of selecting suitable candidates. Jobs are also posted online on our website www.totalhs.net
» Interview/Trade Test
After short listing the applications, interviews are conducted. Candidate's skill is tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and his conformity to international standards.
» Medical Examination
Every prospective candidate undergoes strict medical examination and complete physical checkup from approved medical centers to ensure fitness and good health.
» Visa Endorsement
We are responsible for the visa stamping process and collection of the passport from the concerned Embassy / Consulate.
» Registration
After stamping visa, we submit passports, for registration with the Protector of Emigrants & Emigration Center.
» Reservation/Ticketing
have good relations with leading Airlines / Travels Agents. Seats are booked immediately after endorsement of visa.
